About Us

We believe delivery should be simple, practical, and focused on outcomes. That's the philosophy behind everything we do — whether we're working with a government department or a fast-moving private sector team.

Our Story

Keep It Simple Agile was founded on a straightforward observation: too many organisations make agile far more complicated than it needs to be — and now they're making the same mistake with AI.

After years of working in and around agile delivery teams, we saw the same patterns repeat. Teams buried under ceremony. Leaders confused by competing frameworks. Consultants delivering complex blueprints that gather dust on a shelf. And now, AI hype being layered on top with no clear connection to how teams actually deliver.

We started KISA to offer something different — practical delivery leadership that combines solid agile foundations with smart AI-assisted delivery. No unnecessary complexity, no jargon, no hype.

Based in Leeds and working remotely across the UK, we partner with public and private sector organisations of all sizes. We help teams ship better products by keeping things simple, using AI where it genuinely helps, and staying relentlessly focused on outcomes.

Our Approach

We don't believe in silver bullets or one-size-fits-all. Here's what guides us.

Start Where You Are

Every organisation is different. We take the time to understand your context before recommending anything.

Build Capability

Our goal is always to leave your people more capable than we found them. We coach, we don't create dependency.

Focus on Outcomes

Practices and frameworks are a means to an end. We keep the focus on delivering value to your customers.

Our Values

These aren't just words on a wall. They shape how we work with every client, every day.

Simplicity

We believe the best solutions are the simplest ones. We strip away unnecessary complexity to focus on what matters.

Honesty

We give candid, constructive advice. We'll challenge when needed and always tell it like it is.

Collaboration

We work with you, not at you. Real change happens when people feel ownership over their way of working.

Pragmatism

Theory is great, but we care about what works in practice. Every recommendation is grounded in reality.
